Product Specifications
- Photos on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, size, and dimensions may occur due to:
- Technical limitations of color display on devices.
- For detailed product inquiries, email contact@heeramosa.co before purchasing.
Returns
- A return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing
- contact@heeramosa.co
- with relevant images or video of the product being opened upon first receipt.
- A partial refund of 85% of the invoice value will be processed. The remaining 15% is retained for handling, insurance, and logistics costs.
- The product must be in original condition and secure packaging.
The return process:
- Heeramosa will arrange product pickup after responding to your query.
- The product will be inspected upon receipt.
- If the product meets all guidelines, the refund will be initiated.
- Heeramosa reserves the right to:
- Deny returns if guidelines are not met.
- Refuse excessive or unreasonable return requests.
Damages
- For defective or damaged products:
- contact@heeramosa.co
- within 24 hours of receiving the product with photos and video of the product being opened upon delivery highlighting the issue.
- A replacement of the same design will be arranged.
- Heeramosa will organize pickup of the damaged product (must be in original condition and packaging).
Exchanges
- Products can be exchanged for 70% of the invoice value within 1 year of purchase.
